The Experience
Join Babette (published author, international bread judge) in her dedicated bread studio for an afternoon devoted to this iconic bake. You'll build an enriched dough from scratch, prepare a generous chocolate filling, then laminate, roll, and twist your babka into that signature swirled loaf.
Tea, coffee, and a harvest-style lunch with a glass of wine accompany the session as your babka bakes and fills the studio with the kind of chocolate aroma that makes concentration very difficult.
You'll leave with one beautifully baked babka, ready to impress, to share, or quietly devour on the drive home.
