Cinnamon buns are not just baking. They are one of the great acts of domestic love, and almost everyone who has ever made them has a story attached.

 

One of my students (you know who you are) told me they have been very good for her marriage lol.


Anyway, simply put, this workshop is about making that smell, that feeling, yours. From Scratch.

The Experience

Join Babette for three hours of hands on baking wherein you'll learn to make cinnamon buns that are genuinely extraordinary .

 

Tender, pillowy dough. A filling that's fragrant and generous. That soft, pull-apart moment when they come out of the oven. Yum!


You'll leave with a batch of freshly baked buns and the confidence to make them again at home. Once you understand the dough, you'll never need to follow a recipe blindly again.

  • How to make a rich, tender dough that proofs beautifully every time

  • The rolling, filling, and cutting techniques that give you perfect buns consistently

  • How to finish them - frosting variations from classic cream cheese to a simple glaze
