Frequently asked questions
Each workshop has a different schedule, please click on the workshops section and click on the specific one to see what the schedule is. In general sourdough classes will always be on the weekend. Most probably a Sunday. These are 8 hours long and cannot be accommodated during the week. Shorter courses are usually on Wednesday evenings. Event courses and once off - on Friday nights.
Weekend start times: 10 am sharp arrive by 9:30am
Weekdays: 6pm
The workshops are for beginner bakers, who have just started baking bread or who have no experience baking whatsoever.
Intermediate classes are for those who have mastered basic breads, and are ready to work with preferments, or more demanding breads.
Advanced classes are for students that are already proficient with breads and who want to master select topics like sourdough baking.
Advanced classes are not bookable by those who have not completed a course with me already, this makes sure that we dont have beginner bakers in advanced classes. This is respectful to me and my advanced students.
