The Experience


Spend a Sunday afternoon with Babette, wrapping up the weekend with a glass of wine, warm bread, and hands-on learning.

 

Using prepared dough made with local flour, you'll learn to score and bake a beautiful artisan loaf in a dutch oven (no fancy equipment, no intimidation, just the fundamentals that work.


This session is beginner-friendly and deliberately relaxed. You'll understand why a dutch oven creates bakery-quality crust, what to look for when buying one, and how to use it with confidence.

While your loaf bakes and fills the studio with that unmistakable smell, we'll uncork the wine and talk bread.
