Gluten Free : a discovery session

Gluten-free baking can feel impossible: dense loaves, crumbly texture, recipes that promise but don't deliver. But it doesn't have to be.
This conversation and tasting is designed to demystify gluten-free bread, offering clarity and direction for anyone navigating this necessary (or chosen) path.
The Experience
Join Babette for an intimate morning of knowledge sharing and discovery. Over tea and coffee, she'll guide you through the fundamentals of gluten-free baking.
Why gluten matters, what replaces it, and how to achieve a loaf that actually holds its shape and tastes (almost) like real bread.
This isn't a hands-on baking workshop, but rather a thoughtful introduction. Babette will share her approach to gluten-free bread while you sample various loaves, understanding the ingredients, techniques, and principles that make gluten-free baking work.
You'll leave knowing your options for gluten-free breads, what ingredients you can consider, and whether you want to embark on a journey of learning how to bake it at home.
