Join Babette for a morning focused on practical, everyday baking. You'll learn to work with better quality flours and master a straight forward technique that yields consistent results.

Tea, coffee, and delectable snacks flow throughout as you explore simple variations (ike adding seeds, herbs, whole grains) that elevate a basic loaf into something special.


You'll leave with two loaves: one freshly baked to slice into immediately, and a second prepared dough to bake fresh at home, extending the learning into your own kitchen.
