OLIVE You (yes, we went there) is our answer to predictable Valentine's dates. An evening where you and your favorite person get flour on your hands, olives in your dough, and maybe a little competitive about whose loaf looks better? We're keeping it simple: classic Kalamata olive bread (we're Greek, so trust us on this), with options to add rosemary, thyme, or whatever herb speaks to your relationship.

The Experience

Join Babette (published author, international bread judge) in her dedicated bread studio for a Valentine's evening that's equal parts baking and connection.

 

Working with prepared dough, you'll customize your loaves with Kalamata olives and aromatic herbs. Shape them together (so sexy) or do seperate loaves and compete for bragging rights , we don't judge....

While your dough rises, sip wine and graze on a curated charcuterie and cheese board. Then bake your loaves and leave with two olive breads, warm and ready to enjoy. No phones. No rushing. Just you, your favorite person, and the kind of evening that reminds you why you like each other.
