The Sourdough Session: An Invitation to Begin

An Invitation to Begin
Sourdough can feel mysterious: complex, temperamental, just out of reach. But it doesn't have to be. This conversation and demonstration is designed to demystify the process, offering a clear and accessible path forward for anyone curious about real bread.
The Experience
Join Babette for an intimate morning of knowledge sharing and hands-on discovery. Over tea, coffee, and a glass of wine, she'll guide you through the fundamentals of sourdough—what makes it real, how it differs from commercial bread, and why slow fermentation matters for both flavor and health.
This isn't an intensive workshop, but rather a generous introduction. Babette will share her route to mastery while you score and bake your own sourdough loaf from her prepared dough, taking home the finished product along with the understanding to begin your own journey.
